The pineapple has long served as a symbol of hospitality along the eastern seaboard. Seafaring colonial men would return home from their voyages and spear the tropical delicacy atop their gate posts to signal to family, friends and neighbors that they were home and intended to treat everyone to their treasures and a feast, sparing no detail.  Hospitality instills a culture of welcoming, warmth, friendship and 100% assurance that the guests want for nothing.  With over 15 years experience in fine dining and Relais & Chateau properties, Morgan has embodied and carried over the skill to anticipate and provide for her clients and customer's needs.
